I own as many if not more third party 3.5 books as official publications. The OGL did nothing but improve our hobby.
Yeah not only that but I counted on DnD producing excellent (3rd party) online tools -- like theonly*** (Excel character ***) and stuff like that.
Where are these going to come from?
I guess WotC's answer is: "From us."
Then my questions are: "When?"
"When we darn well please."
and "How much will it cost me?"
"As much as we can charge you."
