With Atlantaea it was even worse -- as they'd been using this kind of technology for roughly 100,000 years and it was ADVANCED. Imagine having, say, used computers for so long, and having them so ubiquitous, that when they're removed you don't even know how to read, write, or do math any more.

With computers that ubiquitous and embedded, we might not even be able to speak well, unprompted. Every activity would be computer enhanced. Anything beyond skills you learned by toddler age would probably be computer enhanced so you'd have to relearn. We're talking not just learning but rehabilition. You'd have to find anti-tech abberants to help rebuild.

And thus quadrillions or more were killed in one single action by the Demons. Kerlamionahlmbana's finest hour of all.
