Unless you can create the same subjective experience in the subject by
the two different means, you don't have sufficient scientific evidence
to assert that the two are the same.

There are a host of things that can create the state "dizzy". They
don't all directly tap the same underlying mechanism and there can be
differing qualities of dizzy.

While science probably could do some telling inquiry into this area, we
typically don't allow it to. :-)
