There is no conflict between Science and Religion.

Tell that to Louisiana. They just passed a law to allow the teaching
of religious doctrine in place of science in their state's science
classes. That, and the fight to overturn it, seems like a conflict.

The former answers the How questions while the latter answers the Why
questions. No conflict.

Bull***. Science tells us how *and* why. Religion hides in the
places people don't use science and tries to do the same.

I mean, really, we shouldn't do bad things or we'll go to hell, where
we pick and choose which bad things we /really/ shouldn't do, and ignore
the others. Great "why" there.

The danger lies in attempting to substitute one for the other. Like the
proponents of IDT for example.

Religion doing it's normal thing of trying to spread the meme.

Or Dawkin's version of atheism for another.

Someone who dares to say those memes have issues.
