Some edumacated guesses have been made in the thread about it in Scott
Rouse's blog.

A former shipping manager guessed about 2 million books. (There are
pictures of the boxes and the trucks in the thread)

Someone using math guessed between 700k and one million.

The estimates are farther down, near the end of the thread.
