I thought so too. This "leak" is so timely. It may be a coincidence of
course...
I, for one, am glad it happened. It has no effect on my purchase of
the books (as I had already preordered them a couple months ago), but
I am bad at waiting and I'm glad I can read the real thing now.
Scott Rouse (WotC PR manager) says it's a leak.

Of course, he would say so, but he also says that the leaked MM is based on the wrong file and contains errors and material that didn't make it to the final cut.
