an ogre we're talking about). (It is unclear from the excerpt whether Dex
mod means "base dexterity modifier" or "base dexterity modifier + 1/2 the
creature's level".)
How do I distinguish how much
protection his "natural AC" gives from the protection granted by his
"assumed crude armor"?
This is the nub of my question, and I notice it still isn't
answered...
Since in 4E natural armor and worn armor do not stack, the answer is that
all of it comes from the armor.
