So, what is the AC of a Naked Ogre?

Reverse-engineering from the excerpt, 10 + Dex mod (or Int mod, but this is
an ogre we're talking about). (It is unclear from the excerpt whether Dex
mod means "base dexterity modifier" or "base dexterity modifier + 1/2 the
creature's level".)

How do I distinguish how much
protection his "natural AC" gives from the protection granted by his
"assumed crude armor"?

This is the nub of my question, and I notice it still isn't
answered...

Since in 4E natural armor and worn armor do not stack, the answer is that
all of it comes from the armor.
