The current BESM campaign has widely available magitech equivalent to
True Resurrection.

ALL the PCs have "Life Insurrance". Getting killed by normal means
outside a major war costs them whatever they're carrying, a few weeks
of game time, and a trivial co-pay that we don't even bother to track.
They still mostly try hard to avoid dying. It seems to work fine.
Although we did just do a ten year time-skip and I changed the name of
their spaceship from the Molly Brown V to the Molly Brown VIII without
comment. There could have been a TPK or three in there....
