Is their a feat or class or something where an arcane caster can use
cure spells or other divine spells? Or perhaps add those spells to
their spell lists?
The feat Arcane Disciple, from Complete Divine, does the trick.
It lets an arcane caster choose one domain of her patron deity and add
those domain spells to her spell list. The caster can memorize (if a
wizard) or spontaneously cast (if a bard/sorc) *one* domain spell per
level per day. The caster's WIS (not INT) score must be high enough
to cast the spell, and the save DC (if any) is based on the WIS score.
It requires 4 ranks in each of Knowledge (religion) and Spellcraft,
and the same alignment as the patron deity.
Hmm, that's pretty good, hadn't seen that.
There's also extra spell, which arguably lets you add a single spell
from another list,
Then there are very high level summons, or calling spells which let
you control creatures which can do the healing for you.
