What in the name of St. Baldwin are you talking about? Spell resistance never interferes with a creature's own spells, items, or abilities, and spell resistance on a target has nothing to do with making a check to USE the item. Good God, Bradd, you're digging your own grave now. You don't need any help from me!
Your claim was both incorrect on its own /and/ incorrect reasoning.
