How about THIS Bush Quote-

You can't "verify" it either. You look and you either find or you don't.
If you find, THAT is proof. If you don't, it isn't proof of anything.
Maybe there weren't any. Maybe you didn't look in the right place. Maybe
you didn't recognize them.
