I can't imagine anyone taking this feat. It becomes essentially useless
at mid-level play (when your typical spellcaster will have a
Concentration bonus high enough to make rolling Concentration checks
essentially superfluous). And if, at lower levels, you're really,
really serious about making your Concentration checks, you can spend
your feat on Skill Focus (concentration) or Combat Casting to do it
without burning spell slots.
