I checked and you should have the following dll on your system.
c:\windows\system32\msxml4.dll.
Make sure you have reboot your machine since installing MSXML services.
The properties should show MSXML 4.0 SP 2.
Based on the error, it appears to be related to not finding the dll.
I believe you will get a different error message if the server, user
name or password is wrong.
Just to make sure you are doing the right things.
You are enabling the http checkbox on the Login form.
You have click the http setting box and setting the following.
You should leave the XML RPC set to the default.
Server: http://emproxy.tryba.nl
Parameters: empire.servlets/servlet/XmlRpc
These parameters will vary with XmlRpc proxy servers.
Proxy Settings
Check off the Use Proxy Settings
Server: YOUR_PROXY_SERVER
User: YOUR_USERNAME
Password: YOUR_PASSWORD
If you are still having problems after you reboot let me know I can
make a special version with a some additional debugging.
As I do not have this environment, it is hard feature to test.
Just to clarify, the conversion to HTTP is accomplished using http
protocol and XmlRpc protocol. This allows access through a firewall
that only has http port open. On some sites, there is also a http
proxy server which all http must be routed through, this allows caching
of information in http proxy server and improved performance.

I think I found the problem..
The company provides me with an "autoproxy" address to get the proxy
info, rather than the address of the proxy server itself... I don't
think I can get the actual proxy server address itself..
Oh well.
