Oh well, I guess no DirectX10 games for you! This may be a good thing
however.
The newer Antec Solo and P180 and P182 cases are nice. Rubber
shock-absorbing hdd mounts, large rear fans, sound-deadening mats on the
panels. Of course, at $90 or $150 they aren't as cheap as $20 but
sometimes you get what you pay for. (I've never been impressed by
CoolerMaster, either their heatsinks or their cases, FWIW.)
I haven't noted anything bad about this one, besides some oddness with
the "tool less" rear area, but I can just use screws. I think it looks
nice, small, black and metal. It makes me want to paint my drives!
My server is in a slightly odd Antec case. It's somewhat like the Antec
Solo and uses just two thumbscrews at the top of the back to unfasten the
top of the case. Then both sides can come off. Makes me think of Chinese
puzzle boxes. It does have the large 120mm rear fan and the
shock-absorber mounting system for the drives though.
I'm not quite sure how you got 2 different profiles in the first place. I
find it very easy to keep a small 2GB partition for just my Internet stuff
(Agent, Firefox profile and Thunderbird profile).
I installed Windows on a new drive, then downloaded a new Firefox, and
checked my email once before getting around to installing the old
Windows drive and getting the information off of it.
Well, I think the simplest thing to do would be what Ashi suggested - just
forward to yourself whatever emails you got on the temp profile. Then
move your old profiles to your current installation and use them from now
on.
Maybe whack yourself on the knuckles with a ruler while trying to type "I
will not check my email before restoring my profile" a few googol times
would help. >:)

Interesting stuff guys...
I haven't finished with my data and program moves to the correct
partitions on this new drive...I"ve installed starcraft/broodwar
Monday and instead of destination folder being c:\program files
\starcraft ; I installed it to the E:\program files\starcraft which is
the partition I stored/copied my retired drives' programs...It had net
maps etc, I wanted easy access to.
I intend to move all my new re-installed c:\ programs to the E:\
partition using tweak IU once I read up on how to do it....
I have some programs to re-install yet...
charles,
