My brother used to follow this exact regime. Then he started his first job
and now, on weekdays, he goes to bed at around 10:00 (unless he just got a
brand new game to play).

When I work, I tend to get up at around 8 and be in the office at 9.30
to 10, which has been sufficient until now.

Which stinks because it means that the rest of us
can't use the computer with the internet connection once he's off to sleep,
since it's in his room.

Well, that does sound like it is time to get the computer out of his
room and into some other room where it is more accessible? :)
