for Coca-Cola, I had him look at my office computer. It would go to
blue screen, reboot, hit another blue screen, reboot endlessly. He
watched it, noted the error messages (all different), then proclaimed
I had a VERY BIG PROBLEM with the mobo/video card conflict.
I asked him if he could fix it. He said I probably needed a new mobo.
i told him I could fix it faster than that without any hardware
replacement. He was doubtful, so I just moved my mouse. TA-DAAA!
He was intrigued to find I was using a blue-screen screensaver. Heh
heh.
