Cutting to the Chase About Polgar's Law Suit

From the USCF Issues Forum. And she wants to meadiate. Can't imagine
why.

The complaint, when I found a link to it a week ago, seemed to allege
everything and specify nothing. It appeared to be a fishing
expedition, demanding that defendants supply self-incriminating
information.

I am certainly reminded of a chess organizer who, knowing that I had
correspondence with a disapproved person, demanded that I apologize
for "reliance" on that person. What I had written to that organizer
was that, although I had correspondence with <name omitted>, I
considered it more neighborly to share MY information with that
organizer. The principal clause established that I was not reliant and
the subordinate clause was faultily interpreted to mean that I was
reliant.

My point is to remark on the magisterial attitude that causes some
people to assert, in judgment, in self-importance, a right to sue for
multi-millions, a right to command personal service and obeisance, in
violation of others' rights. I hope that the resolution of this legal
matter will allow USCF to sue for malicious prosecution. Default of
judgment may perhaps establish unfitness to serve.David Ames

The name of this post is indeed the $25 million dollar question as
none of us, as of yet, know what Polgar is talking about. As
previously stated (search many of the forum posts about this subject)
she failed to list individual complaints because (in her lawyers
words) "she hasn't found the proof yet because it is on the USCF's
servers and she needs access to the USCF servers to get the proof".
That is paraphrased a bit, but is the gist of her response to the
defendants asking for proof and specific accusations.

So it is mainly about someone throwing a tantrum and
posturing.JediJoshua

So you're saying she needs the court to give her a fishing license.
Polly has the right idea.
