Re: AW: Susan Polgar Abused Her Children Beacuse They Wouldn't Study Chess.

Which would make me immune for republishing it.

Kind of like everyone BUT the author of the e-mail you had your lawyer
threaten everyone who touched it over can't be sued because they're immune
under Section 230.

So why did your attorney make those threats to republishers despite the
well-established immunity, Mr. Judge?

This is DOCUMENTED in the New York State family court system which
issued a protective order barring Susan Polgar and her now-husband,
Paul Truong, from using the forced ingestion of hot sauce as
punishment on her children, for their "crime" of not studying chess.

Whenever anyone defends her, note this conduct of hers and ask
yourself why the defenders are so willing to overlook it.

Records of the family court are not open to the public.
You are repeating hearsay, you disgusting little worm.

Some records are made public, such as protective orders which are intended
to be given by one or both of the parties to police, school
administrators, employers, etc. If you go to the NYS Dept. of Social
Services web site, this is outlined quite well.
