Extortion, outwresting, or exaction is a criminal offense, which

Refraining from doing harm is sometimes euphemistically called
protection. Extortion is commonly practiced by organized crime groups.
The actual obtainment of money or property is not required to commit
the offense. Making a threat of violence or a lawsuit which refers to
a requirement of a payment of money or property to halt future
violence or lawsuit is sufficient to commit the offense. Exaction
refers not only to extortion or the unlawful demanding and obtaining
of something through force,[1] additionally, exact in its formal
definition means the infliction of something such as pain and
suffering or to make somebody endure something unpleasant.

Lafferty, there isn't room in your hole for two. I am sure others may
find your invitation interesting but I do not. But given the the above
definition, you may be sued for it.

Now try to follow this Rob.  I have never attempted to obtain any money
or property from Trolgar under any circumstances whatsoever.  I have
always stated facts regarding them that are accurate and provable.

Now, let me ask YOU a question, Rob.  Regarding your attempt to pin the
charge of extortion on me, have you ever consulted directly or
indirectly with Susan Polgar, Paul Truong, Gregory Alexander, Phil Innes
or any other friend or associate of Truong or Polgar about the subject
of extortion in the context of raising such an allegation against me
here on rgcp prior to posting your allegation of extortion on my part
set forth below?

What is the legal defination of Extortion? Are not threats to harass
unless someone complies with a certain course of action considered
extortion? Is it not true that even to threaten someone to pursue a
course of action even if it is not for the personal financial gain of
the extorter a crime?
What happens if Paul and Susan counter sue for extortion against
Lafferty, et al?
ROTFLMAO!!!!!  I've never heard about Extrotion. Is that something that
happens when you try to lift something that's too heavy?  There is a
criminal charge of extortion. Extortion is the gaining of property or
money by almost any kind of force, or threat of 1) violence, 2) property
damage, 3) harm to reputation, or 4) unfavorable government action.

Rob, crawl back into your hole and read a good law dictionary for a few
years.

Since I just found this forum I'm a bit behind. What is his stated
reason for posting Paul's family info? (it sounds odd and unreasonable
on its face ... I can't think of a good reason for it)
[Susie says]
It is purely for disgusting, malicious, and vicious political reasons.
The person who did this to Paul and his family also spread false charges
that my Paul and I abused my children, a charge which was unfounded and
dropped. It was something made up to gain an edge during a custody
hearing which obviously did not work. The same group of people spread
this garbage at our place of employment as well as my children’s school.
We were told that if we resign from the board, this would stop and we
would be left alone.

[BL]  The information regarding Paul Truong was obtained because Mr.
Truong consistently failed to answer inquires about his business
background.  Thus, a public records search via Intelius was launched.
That search came up with much publicly available information, including
his use of the alias Paul Derazza.
As to the charges of abuse, it is a fact that court orders were issued
and copies made available.  If Ms. Polgar has any court finding
indicating that a decision on the merits regarding the abuse allegations
was rendered by any court of competent jurisdiction, she is free to make
such order(s) public.  That she has not done so is telling, IMO.

The high price attorney for the USCF board majority asked them for
approval to dig things up about me regarding the bogus child abuse issue
and none of them spoke out about this disgusting request. In the mean
time, USCF members’ money is being used to pay for the high cost of
legal fees.
----------------------------------
[BL] Character issues are always relevant at trial. The USCF's attorney
was/is doing his job.
----------------------------------
As long as the same unethical and incompetent people are running the
USCF, this federation will never get better. This is why the USCF lost
money in 10 of the last 12 years and memberships continue to decline..
But you will never hear them talk about their own failure. They will do
anything and everything to hold on to power and the status quo.

[BL] For a moment I thought Susie was talking about herself.

Nope. Just your thread as best I can. Did you or did you not
consult, advise, converse with persons not listed concerning removal of
Paul and/or Susan from the USCF by threat of legal actions? Why did
you, a private citizen, take it upon yourself to conduct a background
check on someone you have never met nor ever had any direct dealings
with either personally or professionally? That seems very obsessive to
me.
