Usually.  IIRC, there are some jurisdictions in which as Justice of the
Peace need not be an attorney.

I completely forgot, but the US Constitution does not require that a
justice of the Supreme Court be an attorney.  As a practical matter they
normally are.  The Senate seems to consider membership in that bar
somewhat essential. :-)

Court, when he was disbarred!

You also attempted to collect legal fees from this case on more than
one occassion, by trying to hook
up potential plantiffs with your "buddies" in New York.

Your true motive is nothing other than to be invovled in legal
disputes. You are bored from retirement, and this
conflict here reminds you of your days on the bench.
