Kirsan Ilyumzhinov and NATO, is travel card is pulled?

Ilyumzhinov proposal: BAN KIRSAN FROM NATO NATIONS

The proposal I have on the table is to FORBID Kirsan Ilyumzhinov entry
into any NATO nation.
His travel rights are as vulnerable as mine, as a documented KILLER
and HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSER. Amesty International documents his
murderer(s). If the President of Russia has the power, he should
ARREST Ilyumzhinov NOW for trying to PROVOKE A NUCLEAR WAR. We will
not solve IRAQ, we will start a war.
What Ilyumzhinov did was use a CULT (FIDE - the world chess
assocaition) to plot revolution in violation
of the Monroe Doctrine!

Ilyumzhiov wil be unable to leave Russia soon enough. Trapped, and
quite afraid of his own pouplation.
