Joel has already worked with USCF staff to institute some processes that I
pushed for in my year on the Board -- in particular creating monthly
cashflow schedules. I believe that he is also working with the Office to do
monthly budget projections and report actuals versus projections. These are
basic financial management tools that any well-run organization utilizes.

However, he is just one of seven board members. I learned during my time on
the Board that even those with whom you generally agree will differ and vote
you down from time to time. Joel has and will experience the same thing.
