I easily can obtain all brick buildings that can be made ready for about
$100,000 rather than the $600,000 projected but I guess a regular USCF
member is just good enough to get messed around with cause we are all
@#$%^&* right? Why is it that BRADY WAS ADDRESSED ON THIS ISSUE AAS WELL AS
SLOAN AND DID NOTHING? I SAID $100k not $600k all you crooks and
charletons!!!!

BTW Mister Channing's expertise is in development of new construction which
is distinctively different from old construstion rehab sub-prime alternative
construction in that the financing and investment is distinctive as it is
unrepresentative of the population the average person drived second hand
vehicles and lives in older houses only a select few buy new cars or live in
new houses
