What was the worst call?

Aportion blame.

Sandy Barnes

Who dealt? I'm guessing S.

Double is the single worst call in this auction; S can see one trick
against 4S and expecting partner to provide 3 is a bit much. A pass
here, allowing partner to make a decision, is better.

I'm not over-fond of N's 3D raise. The hand, particularly in the
light of E's 1H call, is huge in support of D, and some stronger
action (3S? 3H?) seems indicated. If 4S made, it seems that the
defense took a heart, a diamond and a club, and tried taking the next
trick in the wrong minor.
