I remember a similar hand, albeit at unfavourable vulnerability at

Partner opened 3S, I bid 4S; LHO bis 5C, conceding 800 (Dummy's SA was
ruffed out at trick 1)
4S could have been beaten, but the defence was very difficult;
however, team-mates defeated 3NT by (I think) two tricks.
