Partner and I bid (no interference):

Here I should rebid 3NT, but thoughtlessly chose 2NT.
Partner jumped to 4S.
What should I do?
What should I do if instead over my 3NT rebid, partner bids 4S?
(partner said in both cases, I should drive to slam, which is cold)
Our jump shifts here (1C - 2S) would be weak.
What kind of hand is partner showing?
Your partner is resulting. Your hand is in the minimum range, and
partner has shown no slam interest at all. True, you might have rebid
3NT (better yet, 3D as Travis and Nick suggest), and if had partner
passed 2NT, you would have to shoulder the blame for missing game. But
you don't have enough for a mild slam invite, much less drive to slam
on your own.
