What is responder's basic shape, and is 4C forcing?

As others have said, at least 5-4 in the majors. 4C is forcing,
showing a club card and slam interest.
Both partners have guaranteed at least four hearts the way I see it.
To play otherwise leaves the partnership groping at the 3-level (or
higher) for a trump suit. I don't know how that style could be
playable.
If you go along with that, then 3S is an unambiguous slam try, and
does not suggest spades as a trump suit. We are at too high a level to
switch trump suits and still know what we are doing.
Just MHO; I realize that many disagree.
