Indeed I have been consulting my lawyer about this post, and he believes
that I can successfully sue Douglas for false advertising.

Hmmm, by way of excuse, I meant "but you have enough value
that it doesn't seem to be a concern " to mean you were safely in the slam
zone
and just had to find the right one.
