Lawmakers, is that the Law that allows regulating conventions takes
precedence over the one that allows psyching.

So the SO can't prohibit psyching non-conventional bids, but because 2C
is a convention they can regulate it, including prohibiting its use in
psyches.

OK, your partner opens 4S.
You bid 4NT.
Your partner replies 5S (RKCB).
You pass.

Something is lead, and you have (say)
xxx xxx xxxx xxx

Your 4NT was obviously a psyche, 4NT RKCB is a convention. Therefore you should not
be allowed to bid 4NT, as you then psyche a convention, if this law is in effect.
N'est-ce pas?

True, good opponents would not fall for this, but this does not change anything.
