CAUSE
This behavior may occur if you install Office 2003 and Windows XP
Service Pack 1a (SP1a) on your computer, and do any of the following:
· You upgrade your Windows XP Home-based computer to Windows XP
Professional.
· You reinstall Windows XP on your computer.
· You perform a repair of Windows XP on your computer.

Nigel upgraded to XP Home
I'm not sure if Denis upgraded or not.

I'm not 100% convinced this is the problem. Perhaps there are
differences in the Security Settings that are causing the problem.
This program uses a DLL (Bo Haglund's) which is linked in at
execution. Since viruses can be contained in a DLL, I believe some
computer have their security settings cranked up to prevent this
possibility.

The latest version of Double Dummy Solver now includes a German
translation, along with English, Danish, Swedish, and Turkish.
