However, if you are playing Soloway strong jumpshifts (a fairly common
treatment), then a strong jumpshift by responder would have

1. very strong balanced hand
2. single suited hand
3. support for opener's first suit

and therefore with two suited hands you would not jumpshift.

A very important factor, however, is how you play the auction

1S 2H
2S 4D

because if 4D is played as a splinter with (likely) 3-card spade support
with a side heart suit, then 4D can't be used to show the very strong
2-suited hand, and therefore you are stuck if playing a Soloway oriented
strong jumpshift treatment.
