Well it would have to be simply logical. For instance, to accept a preemptive bid out of turn when you don't have to and then double it should surely be for penalties.

I am no bridge lawyer but is this legal if you have takeout marked on your CC? And if it is, how do you alert that it is not the meaning marked?
There are no CCs that list all the possible permutations. If you find a notation on your CC for 'Defence to out-of-turn pre-empts then you fill that in.
Mind you, I think that it should be legal. I just have problems with the mechanics.
CCs are no problem.
