Why must easy ways be incorrect?
For instance, calculate 1 + 2 + 3 + .. + n. You could do it the hard
way, or the "easy" way, calculate n(n+1)/2.
I was just asking if the blank spaces approach was proven to be
equivalent to correct approach of using Bayes theorem.
If you think Baye's formula is the only way to compute the percentages,
good luck to you at the table. I hope they allow enough time for each
hand.
