4S and 4NT would be a suggestion to play there.
5C is impossible given the previous bidding since opener already denied
any sort of four card club length and responder's clubs can be suspect.

I think 4D over 3N T promises better diamond support such as D Qxx etc.
I would bid 4S which should show this type of hand as I could have bid
earlier:
1. 3S over 2D as not forcing.
2. 4S over 2D as sign-off but uninterested in slam
Consequently, bidding 4S here shows a better hand then the previous two
auctions.
