He takes a very small sample of games/matches where he gets unlucky
and then extrapolates from that, that the site is rigged.

If one believes that a site is rigged then one should play a large
series of matches and then evaluate them. One should not use a sample
of games in which your luck was very bad. That is NOT a random sample
which is necessary for proper analysis.

But this is Monty's MO. He plays lots of matches on a site and has a
string of matches with bad luck and focuses on this non-random sample
to judge whether a site is rigged. He is clueless about critical
thinking. He hates to lose to players who are of inferior skill and
whines about it. He fails to understand how large a component luck is
in this game even when you play 9 point matches.
