What there would need to be consensus on is how much "bad luck" is too
much, within a certain period of time or certain number of games/
matches. Otherwise, one could claim that it's just normal variation
or whatever the phrase du jour is. For example, I'm amazed at how
lucky my opponents are, so often, winning when they are less than 5%
to win. I can only remember that happening for me a couple of times.
It may be that those who are badly outplayed are in these kinds of
positions a lot more often than someone who usually outplays his
opponents, and so that is why they get "super lucky" more often.
Until there is a standard established which if violated would mean
undeniable "cooked dice," there is no way to know if your observations
are valid.
