As a general rule, you should not play in a tournament where you are
the tournament director. If it's your first tournament as director,
then doubly so. If it's a "major" tournament (as opposed to a local,
friendly affair), then tripply so.
It's not fair on your opponents if you have to constantly take a break
from playing to resolve a dispute, record results, find/match players,
etc. Not to mention potential confilct of interest.
