How to Run A Tournament

In a few months I am going to be running a major tournament for the
first time in my life.

Are there any on line sources to help me with this formidable task? I
am also going to be playing in the tournament.

I am looking for downloadable draw sheets to simplify seeding players
into the brackets. I am expecting about 32 players at most to be in
the tournament.
