Re: IS HANK(REDTOP) legit??????

Don't know what happened to my last post, but it was about ratings. I
knew what the ratings of my opponents were at CG beforehand. The >1600
to 1750 range represented mostly
"decent" players, though some did not have all basic skills mastered,
particularly positional understanding. However, even the <1600 players
win plenty of 3 pt. matches (at least against me). On TMG, I usually
rip through these players quickly, though eventually you usually lose
one before you win the freeroll. In any case, the point is that to get
a rating near 1900 on a bunch of sites would mean that you would have
to rip through decent players the way I rip through the candle-stick
makers just about all the time. Not easy to do, considering the luck
factor, unless you play a huge number of rated games. Perhaps Hanks
plays many more rated games than I do in a week, but I'd like to hear
more comments about this.
