I got an idea... why don't you and Ray Gordon hook up and file a
billion dollar class-action lawsuit against Google for allowing people
to flame you on their loser Usenet newsgroups.

I don't think he's upset about usenet flames, he's upset about these freaks
contacting him through his personal e-mail address.

That's correct. Some may have noticed that I invited Catron to continue
on in his quest to embarass himself more thoroughly than any other
human has embarrassed themselves before by continuing his Usenet
antics.

In my opinion there is no harassment taking place on Usenet when people
are engaged in what is typically referred to as a "flame war." Nobody
is forcing anybody to be here one way or the other. If I or anybody
else doesn't like what somebody here has to say to the extent that I
feel I can no longer share this space with them, I am free to leave at
any time. Which of course is a completely different dynamic than an
email address.

Stalking however is completely different from that outlined above, and
there are federal stalking and seperate federal cyber-stalking laws on
the books that Mr. Michael violates almost every time he addresses me
in a post due to his pattern not only on Usenet, but in email as well.

I have options open to me at this time simply due to Mr. Michael's
behavior. On my part, it's simply a matter of whether or not solving
the problem is worth the time and expense of doing so.

Mr. Michael is an ATTORNEY. He should know better.

The state of California really ought to see what one of their own is up
to.

Maybe Mr. Michael would like to see if I have the resolve and the
resources to be the one that brings him and his reprehensible
psychotic behavior to their attention?

We'll find out.

Which is creepy.

Very creepy, sir.
