Saddam is still out of power, so the statement still applies fwiw. There
are a lot of people in Iraq and in the international press and governments
working to try to get him back in power, but he's still in jail.

A commonly repeated falsehood, but in fact there were 23 (? or was it 22 or
24) reasons given by Congress in approving military action.
