I was going to write a post about this before the Superbowl, but I
never got around to it.
Imagine my astonishment when her entrance was that of a Queen --
dressed like a Queen and carried on a throne.
I have never cared for her music, but I truly love the woman. She has
a genius IQ and incredible spiritual awareness.
She follows a rigorous diet and practices yoga. She is in perfect
physical condition and can still do the most difficult and advanced
Yoga poses. At 53, she is in better physical condition that 99.9% of
women of any age.
I used to ignore yoga but my girlfriend who is in amazing shape anyway,
started back into yoga. After 2 months all I can say is wow. I have
never seen any excercise make muscle tone that fast
I also have an old friend, we dated in college, she's in her 50's. Yoga
instructor. She has a body many women in their 20's would envy.
