are you saying you don't want to throw out the blacks and hispanics?
Did you notice the criteria used for the Index? How about this one,
"social capital"?
I was curious what that meant, here is the definition.
" ?n. the network of social connections that exist between people, and
their shared values and norms of behaviour, which enable and encourage
mutually advantageous social cooperation ."
Sounds like something that is best achieved in a homogenous society
doesn't it? The Index is biased against a diverse society.
safety and security is also predictably biased against large, diverse
societies. nobody takes this stuff seriously.
