You do realize that those are not single family homes, right? In spite
of the labels?

Yes, I see that there are a lot of condos and townhomes that pop up even
when trying to search only for true single family homes. There were a few
true homes that popped up, some so expansive i have to assume *something*
is wrong with the place.

Also, I noticed that the majority of actual single family homes in that
price range are all near the air force base and the airport.

3 br, 3.5 bath house with 1300+ sq ft for 59k, and all you have to put up
with are jets screaming overhead all day. I bet you get used to it...
