The school strip search case is in the books.
1. The search was unconstitutional. Strip searches of 1 3 year old based

Wait till some immigrant girl from an Islamic country serves as a
suicide bomber at a public school and look for some Patriot Act form
of legislation being past to circumvent this. And with the double
standards that always come into play in situations like this i wonder
if this will only be applied to female students.
Why not make all kids attend class naked with not books or bags.
