The school strip search case is in the books.

1.  The search was unconstitutional.  Strip searches of 1 3 year old based
on unreliable suspicion are unreasonable.

2.  The administrators had no basis for understanding that their actions
were so outrageous, so they get qualified immunity.  No damages.

Unbelievable.

Wait till some immigrant girl from an Islamic country serves as a
suicide bomber at a public school and look for some Patriot Act form
of legislation being past to circumvent this. And with the double
standards that always come into play in situations like this i wonder
if this will only be applied to female students.

Why not make all kids attend class naked with not books or bags.
