5- $200,000 for Tattoo removal in Los Angeles

This is used to help ex gangbangers quit the life. Should be much more,
imo.

3- $59 million to study the mating habits of the Pacific salmon

Do you know what is happening w/ the salmon? I've read that some
government agencies are shooting seals that feed on the salmon during
their mating runs. That's what it has come to.

The rest of it? What do you expect? These are politicians we are talking
about, they can't help themselves and many of the earmarks are from
Republicans. I'm hoping for a new party, myself. Let's get rid of both
of these trainwrecks.
