And you call yourself 'clueless'. Well said. I am in the same situation
almost. 6% and just over 100,000.00 that I can afford in a 'decent', but
not great neighborhood because it is what we could afford at the time.

Another thing with all this is I would like to move in a couple years to a
bigger, nicer house that i will STILL be able to afford, but may not be
able to now. I guess somehow that is my fault.

Maybe I will just quit my job and let Obama take care of me. Think of all
the free time to read books and play video games.
