If at least three justices agree that the case has sufficient federal
question in the interest of the people, they'll hear the case.

I think there will be at least three on the Supreme Court who will agree
that a President who lied and is in office illegally is plenty of reason
to look into the case.



I think it's actually four, but just the mere fact that a litigant filed a
petition for cert does not mean the Court agreed to hear the case as Rick
posted.
