see absolutely nothing wrong with what she did.
I don't have a problem with her taking her kids along on these trips
and billing the state for it. I do have a problem with her going back
and editing past "trip reports" after McCain tapped her, if she
actually did that. A real maverick would have said "Yes, I took my
children along on these trips and billed the state of Alaska for it.
The citizens of Alaska knew I had all these kids when they elected
me."

I agree that the bigger issue, assuming it's true, is that she falsified
expense reports. That has landed people in private industry in court many
times.
At the same time, I cant help but wonder at the Republican iresponse if
the same activity had been reported about Biden or Obama. I'll bet that
McCain would take the high road, and have his campaign flunkies (aka Sarah
Palin) add it to the pile of *** that they sling daily.
