She also tried to use her position to get her sister's estranged husband fired from the state troopers. Didn't take her long to catch on to politics as usual.
Not sure how you know this is a fact. From what I've read it is possible, but no probable.
It is a fact that members of her staff intervened to get him fired, why else would they do something like that? Are we to believe it is all just a huge coincidence? She is probably cagey enough to not have put it in an email, so the issue will likely die out unless one of them rats her out. I'd be interested to see what a Grand Jury would uncover if it ever came to that.
